Dearest Sue, thank you so much for your thoughtful comment. My post was heartfelt, and I wrote without questioning the words that came. When I read it back, it didn't feel like me, but then we are changing and adapting, so I went with the energy that flowed. So many times lately, Tim and I have spoken about something that is happening and how we choose not to get 'in it'. Instead, we have chosen to pivot and face forward whenever we can and not dig backwards. Dropping judgment is a daily practice. I am so glad you had some family time and a break over Easter. I listened to a podcast today, and the person speaking spoke of just this topic... That we are all upon our journey, and the most important person on it, was ourselves...
And how we helped the world much more, by not being all of the above... As we learnt to live in our own hearts, our own silent space.. TO BE... and to let BE.. For all have their own paths.
It is often the most difficult thing to just 'Pause' and Let Go of all expectations, and live in acceptance.. As we listen within to that gift of silence..
