Wonderful Jane! We live in a culture that values wealth as a measure of goodness, of productivity as a measure of self-worth, quantity over quality. It’s all backwards
What a beautiful reflection you have given us Jane.
I fully understood the part about trying to do so much, fitting everything in at the start of your day.
A lesson I also had to learn the harder way.
And it's sad, that a friend who was supposed to know you well, while a stranger who became a good friend later. Saw YOU. And held out that shoulder and friendship when you were in need.
Your tips for adding one small change and sticking to it. I also take on board Jane. I made one, a few months ago to my morning routine. That if taking up QiGong again. A habit I let slip.
And my days have improved with it again.
Thank you for sharing both your heart, and your wisdom 🙏 ❤️
Have a perfect Tuesday as we reflect upon your wise words. 🤗💕
Dearest Sue, thank you, my lovely, for reminding me that I have let my QiGong slip. Much love to you on this sunny Tuesday, with hugs and gratitude. Xxx 🩷✨🩷
