I'm glad to read you're going to take it easy and have learned how to use the word 'no' when warranted. Happy healing my lovely UB 💜💙❌⭕🦄🦄

Dear Jane, your earrings sound beautiful, maybe you'll share a photo someday? I hope you feel better soon, but I'm glad you're taking care of yourself. It's hard to say 'no' but needed at times. I also love the idea of your digital journals. Take good care, my friend. Sending healing hugs and love your way. xoxoxoxoxo

It's human nature to think we can keep going and going, especially when we're younger. It has taken me a lifetime to learn to say no (respectfully). It's not selfish to take care of ourselves. I hope you feel much better soon.

Good for you for saying no. I can imagine how hard it was. A helper told me years ago, “Include yourself in your circle of compassion.” Rest well!

The need to look after ourselves is often put on the back burner. I just had this conversation with my daughter. Sending healing hugs. xo

Hello Darlene, I don't think it's something that gets sorted out easily, and it often comes up in conversation. It's an evolving energy that we need to be aware of in our daily rounds. I hope all is well with your daughter, and with you and P. Much love to you all. Xx 🩷

The need to comfort others, and yet to protect oneself sounds to be a daily struggle. Yet not doing the latter makes the former impossible. Take care.
