I'm glad to read you're going to take it easy and have learned how to use the word 'no' when warranted. Happy healing my lovely UB ππββπ¦π¦
Dear Jane, your earrings sound beautiful, maybe you'll share a photo someday? I hope you feel better soon, but I'm glad you're taking care of yourself. It's hard to say 'no' but needed at times. I also love the idea of your digital journals. Take good care, my friend. Sending healing hugs and love your way. xoxoxoxoxo
You are so lovely, Lauren. I appreciate you and your loving understanding, and support. Thank you. We hope you and Matt had a lovely weekend. Much love to you both. Xxx β€οΈπβ€οΈ
It's human nature to think we can keep going and going, especially when we're younger. It has taken me a lifetime to learn to say no (respectfully). It's not selfish to take care of ourselves. I hope you feel much better soon.
Thank you, Pete, for your understanding and empathy. I feel it's an ongoing learning process! Much love to you and Debbie, and we wish you both a lovely weekend. Xx β€οΈ
Learning to take time out for ourselves when our instincts are to be of Service to Others, it can be hard to say that little word NO!...
But we learn as we go, that if we do not take care of ourselves, we are then not able to take care of others..
You have such a giving nature Jane, always there for others in word or deed...
It is only right and proper that you nurture yourself back to full health in recovering from your opp.
Sending you so much love and hugs from us all here..
PS. Biscuit is now eating us out of house and home, and we now have had 4 mice since his opp delivered πΈπ...
Sending Big Hugs to you and Tim xx π
Dearest Sue, you are so right. Saying that little word 'No' is sometimes the toughest to say. I am glad you have taken some time out when you need it.

And to you Jane π
Good for you for saying no. I can imagine how hard it was. A helper told me years ago, βInclude yourself in your circle of compassion.β Rest well!
Lovely JoAnne, your understanding helps. Thank you. Much love to you and David. Xx π©·
The need to look after ourselves is often put on the back burner. I just had this conversation with my daughter. Sending healing hugs. xo
Hello Darlene, I don't think it's something that gets sorted out easily, and it often comes up in conversation. It's an evolving energy that we need to be aware of in our daily rounds. I hope all is well with your daughter, and with you and P. Much love to you all. Xx π©·
The need to comfort others, and yet to protect oneself sounds to be a daily struggle. Yet not doing the latter makes the former impossible. Take care.
Hello, Judith. You are right and wise. Thank you. π©·
