My bp has been like a rollercoaster too, Jane, so this post is a good reminder to let things go that are truly out of our control. I love the example you shared. The world is in turmoil, and in my opinion, so is our country. Times are scarier than any we can remember in our marriage. But there is only so much we can do. Sigh. Anyway, sending healing hugs your way, dear friend. xoxoxoxoxo

Oh my lovely Lauren, we feel that way too, and it takes a steady effort to quieten the noise from outside. I hope your book launch for King Copper is going well, my lovely. 🧡

Our love to you both, always. Xxxxx ❤️😘✨❤️

Often, I close my eyes and find then darting back and forth in that self imposed darkness, it can take a minute or two for them to relax to a soft steady gaze. No matter why, it just is, until that moments break into a closed eye stillness. We a swept along by an invisible current … be well ! 🙏🏼🙏🏾🙏🏽

Sorry to hear about your High B P Jane... My hubby suffers from it, and every time he goes for his annual check up he gets what we call ' White Coat Syndrome' whereby his BP goes sky high.. He takes his BP regular so we know its around a steady mark..

But I have also noticed the news of the day often affects him... So I totally agree and get where you are coming from...

I often tell him Breatheeeee, don't let it get to you, and let it go.. Learning to breathe deeply and centre yourself before taking a BP reading also helps :-) ...

Your flowers in your rockery look gorgeous Jane... They have come on a treat... And its also good to remember to observe, take that birds eye view, step back, and try to allow things to unfold as they come... (( Though I too this week had to learn such a lesson and I wrote a little poem in my journal to remind me to follow my own inner advice )) :-)

Sending LOVE and Blessings Jane xxx 💖🦋

You are so lovely, Sue. I have had a lesson on letting things unfold from a few directions. The results are starting to become clear, and the situations were all the better for being left to find their way. I need to regularly remind myself of my own advice!

My love to B, and I am heartened that his BP is steady when he is at home. 🩷

Our love to you all, always. Xxxxxxx 💕😘💕✨

Sometimes I think that is all we need to do… Trust!…. that it will find its own balance, in its own time.. I am trusting that more and more, and seeing the sense of it… As I was wearing myself down…. I also have needed those Inner Prompts of guidance…. I needed to listen to what I tell others.. :-)

Much love and gratitude Jane… Take care both of you xx <3 You are very special both of you xx <3

Sorry to read about your blood pressure, Jane. There can be so many reasons for it to be irregular, including diet, stress, medications, or some underlying health condition. The craziness of the world right now certainly has raised my anxiety. The good news is your doctor is aware, and there are many ways to help return your blood pressure to a more normal level.

The incident with the van was odd. No wonder it raised the concerns of neighbors. I've never heard of anyone delivering a package at 1:30 a.m.

I will keep you in my prayers.

Hello, lovely Pete, you are so kind. Thank you. 🩷 I have never heard of a delivery at that time of day, and we could only think that the chap's day had gone very awry!

We wish you and Debbie a lovely weekend. Much love to you both from us. Xx 🩷
