A lovely post, Jane. I'm glad you got the sofa in your room, and the color in your front room sounds gorgeous. I love sunflowers too. Wishing you both a peaceful weekend.
It must be so frustrating dealing with filling out forms when one most often has to deal these days with AI and the internet.... So I am pleased your lady you mentioned got a listening ear eventually and got sorted.... Sometimes that is all it takes.. Kindness and and someone willing to listen...
It sounds like both you and Tim will be busy this weekend, and I too had never heard of an upholster that would do such a thing... What a good job there is such a thing... I know we had to get our settee in through the patio doors...
And thank you for the mention of the little pixie hatted elf.... I just had to point him out as he jumped out at me once I had uploaded the photo... I love it when we see such things, reminders to me this world is far more than what we see on the surface. :-)
I hope the forecasted rain holds off Jane.. And both you and Tim enjoy your weekend..
Much love to you both from the both of us.. <3 xx 💖🙏
That is wonderful Jane, that you managed to get your garden tasks completed before the rain... And its great we are seeing faces ... A little reminder we are never alone :-) I have a Quartz Crystal and embedded within that is the face of a wolf.... One of my totems.... No rain as yet here as yet but we may get some tomorrow Sunday ...
Have a peaceful Sunday and much love from us all to you and Tim.. 💖🙏😺
Thank you for this newsy post, Jane. It is so good to know that though there were problems and stresses with your redecoration work at home they have all been resolved so well. I also empathise with the spinning plates lady you mentioned. I have had such a lot of this to do in the past six months! Most of the people I have actually spoken to have been very kind but the complicated systems with AI responses that don't quite answer my questions have made me very anxious at times. I am imagining you and Tim sitting in your sunny room on your new sofa and I'm smiling! xxxx
Your answer would seem to be - We only need to be in spring ... :-)
Much love to you both, Pete. ❤️

Hello dearest Sue, we've managed to get the main gardening done before the rain. It's just lovely to be outside. ❤️
Tim pointed out a face in one of the slate rocks he'd dug out of the garden the other day. ❤️
We wish you both and Biscuit a lovely weekend too. Much love Xxx ❤️😘❤️🦋

Thank you, H. You are lovely. 🩷
Oh lovely Clare, you have been so up against it. You have done your special Mum so proud. I take my hat off to you. 🩷
We keep being told that AI is progress. I'm not buying into it. It is yet more layers of complication and potential drama, and 'knickers' to that!
Thank you for reading and your thoughtful comment. Much love from us both to you all. Xxx 😘 🩷
