Thank you to everyone who voted for Abergynolwyn Railway Station in the World Cup of Stations. Congratulations to Ashington Station, who won. 🚆🏆 Tim and I were grateful for your loving support and the special memories we have from our wedding day.

I sit with souls shattered by grief, and with the gentlest of steps, we walk together into creating a ceremony to honour and say our loving farewells to their precious loved one.
Our thoughts and words entwine and flow as loving energy, touching each soul who has gathered together. It’s a devastating time, with difficult choices to be made, and as kindly as questions are asked, answers are needed. Sometimes, gentle circling in conversation helps.
Pauses and gaps of silence to gather thoughts and breath. To touch the stillness buried within.
A gentle man discovered his wife’s diary, and there was a poem inside with a request for her son to read it.
Treasures are lovingly held.
A lady loved to sing, and her joy was captured on recordings which we can play in her honour.
Songs are like prayers.
Photographs capturing the last moments no one could have foreseen.
A favourite colour worn as we say our loving farewells.
A face stroked.
A hug given.
Cake made and gifted.
Loving energy is shared.

All the funeral directors, arrangers, funeral teams, chapel attendants, chapel teams, clergy and celebrants are like family. We pull together with loving care. Our family can then step forward to help look after families during their worst times.
Trees have an underground network system of roots, which they use to communicate with each other, and I feel we do it through the loving energy we send to each other with our thoughts, words and actions.
Tim asked how my friend and many others work with healing energy over distance, especially when we’re not in the same place. It is with focus and intention that loving energy is sent from one person to another. Loving energy is all around us and flowing through each of us, channelled through one source to another.
In hundreds of years of prayers and thoughts caught in the walls of churches, chapels and sacred places.
Energy absorbed into the walls and fabric of a house.
As a driver, lets another into traffic.
In words said and sent.
As you ask for the name of the person serving you.
Smiling at those you meet.
In kind thoughts.
Letting someone take your place in a queue.
Sharing a compliment.
Caught in children’s laughter and a baby’s smile.
Loving energy shared in everything we think, say and do.
💕
The peace created from loving energy is sacred.

I have started to share my loving energy in the creation of digital and printable journals and comfort books.
I feel torn, as I flow into others’ lives as a stranger when circumstances have drawn us together. As we flow loving energy to each other, connections are built and bonds are formed. Then life flows on. Sometimes, conversations continue. Bonds remain and are rediscovered in many ways as the days roll through. I am privileged as future news is shared. Messages and notes of ‘I saw this and thought of you’, ‘I heard this, and I remembered’. Gifts are exchanged.
Our hearts never forget.
The connections remain, a loving energy network, unseen but felt, always felt. A supportive web that catches and hums with love in the moment it is called upon.
With loving energy, I will continue to knock on strangers’ doors and say those first Hello’s, and to create from love. 🩷

Jane, this is a moving and beautiful post, my friend. This line says it all:
"The connections remain, a loving energy network, unseen but felt, always felt..."
Sending much love and many hugs to you both. xoxoxo 🩷🌷
You are so beautifully inspiring my dear UB 💜💚❌⭕🦄
